In the publisher's terra cotta flat-weave cloth binding, with beveled boards; black-stamped ruled borders and frames with circular corners, and oval frame, gilt-stamped floral corner ornaments, ruled frame with floral ornamental spandrels, oval dotted line and floral ornamental device, and bands with titling on the front panel; black-stamped ruled shaped frames with floral ornamental spandrels, gilt-stamped ornamental head and tail bands, floral ornaments, lobed oval ruled and floral ornamental device and bands with titling on the spine; and a repetition of the black-stamping from the front on the rear panel. All edges trimmed, with brown coated endpapers. The spine is darkened just a touch, wtih some mild edgewear to the boards; otherwise very good.
