In the publisher's red morocco binding by Boutigny, with blind-stamped ruled borders with foliate corners, gilt-stamped central foliate ornamental device on the front and rear panels, and gilt-stamped foliate decorations, titling surround, and titling on the spine. All edges gilt, with pale cream coated endpapers. Some scattered foxing, more so to the prefatory and concluding leaves.
