Includes the frontispiece and 3 full-page plates, all wood engravings after illustrations. In the publisher's green flat-weave cloth binding, with black-stamped ruled borders, ruled and ornamental bands, and floral ornaments, and gilt-stamped titling on the front panel; black-stamped ruled and ornamental panel with running titling on the spine; and blind-stamped ruled borders and floral ornamental device on the rear panel. Period bookseller's ticket (Peter Paul & Bro.: Buffalo) to the rear panel. Tiny bit of rubbing to the corners and tips; else near fine.
