Syracuse, New York: The Lamson Co., circa 1940. Wraps. Quarto, two volumes: 50 ff. and 25 ff., most recto only. Full-page and some inset captioned halftone photographs of conveyors installed at various companies around the country; line illustrations of engravings and parts, followed by full-page captioned halftone photographs. Brad-bound brown paper wrappers printed in gold and red; brad-bound navy paper wrappers printed in gold and blue. Stamps for a Los Angeles branch office to several pages of both volumes; light dampstain to the fore-edge of some leaves in the first volume.

Two catalogues, one an overview of Lamson's conveyors, the other specifically for the company's roller gravity conveyors, with the latter including a technical overview and specs. The first catalogue includes a laid-in typed letter signed (TLS) on company stationery from a representative at the head office to California Walnut Growers in Los Angeles, explaining the purpose of sending the catalogues and adding, "We also manufacture belt conveyors that have rollers underneath the belts, also, conveyors where the belt slides in a regular pan trough, so that loose products, similar to walnuts, etc., will not fall out."
