Item #79608 [CHRISTMAS POEM BROADSIDES]. Ray Bradbury.

[CHRISTMAS POEM BROADSIDES]

1975-2008. A collection of 18 privately-printed keepsakes distributed annually by the revered American writer, Ray Bradbury (1920-2012) and his wife, Marguerite, to friends and fans: 1975, 1978, 1979, 1980, 1981, 1982, 1983, 1985, 1986, 1989, 1990, 1991, 1992, 1995, 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2008. All but two (2004 and 2005) are signed by Ray Bradbury, with most inscribed to Patrick Magee. Each of the broadsides features a Bradbury poem; for instance, the title poem of Dogs Think That Every Day is Chistmas (1997) serves as the selection for the 1995 keepsake. All but the 1978 keepsake (8 1/2" x 7 1/2") measure 8 1/2" x 11" stock. The inscribed 1979 keepsake included here appears to be a photocopy. Accompanied by four envelopes; a few are neatly folded in thirds for mailing. Universally merry and bright, or fine, if you prefer. Item #79608
