Octavo: [xx], 449, [1, blank], [2, ads] pp. with the imprimatur leaf opposite the title page, the title page engraving of Old St. Paul's Cathedral in flames, and engraved plates of King David and Ezekiel, respectively. The period calf binding has been expertly rebacked with a brown morocco spine. Small ink notation to the front flyleaf.
