Octavo: vi, 482, xx pp. In the publisher's blue velvet over thin boards, with a brass hinged clasp and pin receiver on the fore-edge; gilt-stamped ruled borders on the front panel; gilt-stamped floral arabesques and black letter titling on the spine; and gilt-stamped ruled borders, entwined branchwork frame with floral arabesque spandrels, and central device of tablets, menorah, table, horn, lyre, and palm fronds. All edges gilt, with a white silk ribbon and white coated endpapers with a blind-stamped ribbed moiré pattern. An exquisite example, housed in a custom felt-lined gray cloth clamshell box.
