DUMPSTER DIVE #9

Norwalk, Connecticut: 1994. In a February 29, 2016 episode of Marc Maron’s WTF podcast, Anthrax guitarist Scott Ian paid tribute to the late Ian Fraser “Lemmy” Kilmister: “He was the epitome. You know, I look at him and Ozzy as the two biggest icons in the world. Although Lemmy always said we’re a rock ‘n’ roll band, all us metalheads and all the punk rockers and the hardcore kids and hard rock people, it was the one band everyone agreed on. We’d argue all day long about everything else, but Motorhead was the one band everyone liked.” Proving his point, Lemmy appears on the cover of this Connecticut punk fanzine and an interview with him, conducted during Black Sabbath’s Cross Purposes tour (1994) with Motorhead, appears alongside conversations with Fat Mike from NOFX, Jayne County of Wayne County & the Electric Chairs, and all that other adorable punk stuff. Standard A4 format (8 1/2" x 11"): unpaginated with black-and-white illustrations throughout. Photomechanically reproduced and bound with two staples in cream paper wrappers. Near fine. Item #77027
