"Ross Macdonald" was the primary pseudonym employed by American-Canadian writer Kenneth Millar (1915-83), who dropped the "John" after the publication of this novel. Octavo. Original patterned paper-covered boards. The spine is ever so slightly leaning. Faint staining along the extremities of the dust jacket, which is a bit toned with some minor shelfwear; else very good. Very good / Good. Item #74944
