This award-winning small-press production is printed on handmade linweave spectra paper of various colors and bound in woven tissue-covered boards. Includes a tipped-in photograph of Miller by Ina Paulandre, a self portrait by Hans Reichel, and textual drawings and reproductions. The printed limitation sheet and a printed letter from the editors are laid in, along with a prospectus for Crucifix in a Deathhand by Charles Bukowski. Square octavo. Original stiff white cardstock boards, printed in blue on the front panel.
