Make sure of a good basic diet. Plenty of Freihofer’s Perfect Bread – plenty of fresh milk, fresh fruit, and sensible, substantial foods – always.”

What is now known as Freihofer's Bread Company was first established in 1894 in Camden, New Jersey by brothers Charles and William Freihofer.
