Some mild edgewear to the wrappers; otherwise very good. Both sides of the rear cover contain maps of the various railroad lines that lead to Coronado Beach. This booklet also contains black and white photographs of the resort and a selection of articles from a variety of Southern California booster writers like Charles Nordhoff, whose essay is entitled “As Agreeable for a Summer as for a Winter Resort.” A scarce and fascinating early view of the stately resort that has been a major Southern California attraction for more than a century.
