In period full ruled blue calf bindings, with elaborate gilt and blind stamping, red morocco spine labels, marbled endpapers, and ribbon markers. The armorial bookplate of John Waldie and a related label appear on each front pastedown. The spines are moderately sun faded, with some occasional edgewear; otherwise very good. Wolff 3952.
