Composed almost entirely of volunteers who were Americans of Japanese ancestry, the 100/442d Regimental Combat Team fought in seven campaigns in two countries, earning over 18,000 individual decorations. Includes over 240 photographs and 9 military maps. Inscribed by two members of the editorial board, Harry Iwafuchi and Eric Saul, on the title page. Iwafuchi served with Company C in the 100th Battalion. Oblong quarto. Original blue buckram binding, with gilt stamping.
